Leasing

A J Walter Leasing offers structured lease packages for Airbus and Boeing spare parts for Stage 3 and Stage 4 aircraft. These are based on a percentage figure of the agreed commercial value being charged, with terms ranging from one to ten years. Rates vary, depending on aircraft type.

These packages are available as stand-alone support packages so the customer does not have to commit any capital investment to acquire inventory to support their aircraft. They also enable customers to operate with maximum flexibility avoiding side affects of decreasing asset value which has to be financed.

AJW Leasing packages primarily relate to components but can also incorporate engines and entire aircraft. They are also used to support Power by the Hour Contracts for which AJW is well known. Please go to AJW-FIX for more information.

Leased components can also be managed (repair, overhaul and modification) by AJW through its FAA/EASA 145 approved partner companies.

AJW can also offer sale and lease back or lease purchase contracts with guaranteed residual values. Generally however , customers acquire the inventory on an operating lease basis, returning it at the end of the term, with no equity stake being built up.

Existing lease inventory is valued at $55M for all types of aircraft including A300-600, A310, A320, A330, A340, B737, B757, B767 and B777.
