This monitors all incoming/outgoing units and records warranty claims which allow us to provide statistical analyses and easily identify rogue components. By tracking individual component history such as incoming defect, workshop report, technical analysis modification and SB recommendation, we are able to undertake rapid defect investigation and recommend remedial action.
