Commercial Flexibility

How we price and bill you for repair services is up to you. You also have a say in whoever we use to repair your parts.

By choosing AJW Component Repair Management you will also save on administrative costs and on logistics – one supplier, one location, and one invoicing address. We are also prepared to underwrite our traditional repair warranties with extended terms which will include fail-on-fit and fail-on-low-hour rebates. Contracts can be based on cost plus, per event, monthly premiums, or even repair power-by-the-hour. Parts pooled to provide the delivery guarantees can be part of an open or closed loop system.

Our highly regarded customer service and AOG teams will provide you with world class support wherever you are, 24/7. And our new AJW customer web portal for all contracted customers allows you complete visibility of our component repair management process as well as giving you the ability to order spares, track shipments, and monitor our performance on your behalf.
