Like most airlines we cannot afford to lose access to our valuable inventories so we ensure that our repair cycle is one of the most competitive in the industry.

Component quality and reliability is also critical. Annually we spend over $100m on around 24,000 individual repair orders, more than many airlines. This gives AJW considerable buying power which gives us access to very competitive pricing, turn times and warranties. As an independent, we also have the flexibility to choose only the best performing MRO facilities.

AJW Component Repair Management works with a streamlined vendor supply chain of just over 50 primary repair shops and 200 approved facilities. Quality, reliability and delivery underpin the priority service from such primes as Ametek, British Airways Engineering, Delta TechOps, Hamilton Sundstrand, Honeywell Aerospace, Iberia Maintenance, Moog, Nordam, Northrop Grumman and Rockwell Collins.

Since over half of our business is focused on significant asset management contracts we must always be able to deliver on time, every time and continually invest in inventories to safeguard this performance.
