After graduating from the University of Reading with a degree in Business and Economics, Boris joined AJW as a team member of the Sales Department. He progressed quickly into the role of Divisional Sales Manager and further to the position of Commercial Director. He was appointed Chief Executive of AJW in 2009. His role as Chief Executive is to continue the impressive growth of the business and ensure continued flexibility and outstanding service for AJW customers.

With over 20 years experience in aviation Conrad worked for Flightspares and the BBA Group before joining AJW as Commercial & Contracts Manager in 2004. As MRO Director Conrad is now responsible for the total repair management service at AJW which supports both AJW and direct customer inventories. This department has developed significantly under his tenure and is now able to offer a range of world class support services.

Andy has worked at AJW for over 22 years. He is responsible for managing a range of departments including Stores, Logistics, Inspection, Quarantine, Quality, IT, HR and Health & Safety. He also oversees AJW’s highly regarded 24/7 AOG service. Andy is a Member of the Institute of Logistics and Transport (MILT) with Qualified knowledge and accountability of Hazardous Goods Regulations, IATA and ICAO. His focus is on introducing technologies and operational systems to maintain and develop a lean and competitive business. He is helping to drive the business forward using technology and lean processing and by continuing to ensure delivery of the right package to the right location at the right time, every time.

Andy has been with AJW for nearly 25 years. With a background in industrial sales he has been involved in spare parts sales, customer service and purchasing during his time with the company. Andy is now responsible for all customer service activities including ad hoc business sales and power-by-the-hour customer relationships.

David Brown has worked in aviation for 20 years, initially involved in the design and development of corporate aircraft interiors for supply to Heads of State and European industrialists. During the mid 1990’s he was responsible for the investment, design and development of the world’s only aircraft approved infant safety seat. He has been with AJW for 12 years and holds particular expertise in Africa, Central Asia and the Middle East.

With more than thirty years experience in the industry and an MBA from the University of Bath, Andy joined AJW from Reed Exhibitions’ Aerospace & Aviation Group, where he was Global Development Director. He has also worked in senior aftermarket management roles at AlliedSignal/NGL and TRW/Lucas Aerospace. Andy combines the activities of communications, marketing services and sales management and is responsible for the development and growth of AJW’s business presence within the global marketplace.

John joined AJW in April 2009 and has 40 years experience in the industry including 29 years with British Airways. He is an MBA qualified engineering professional, who brings significant knowledge and understanding of inventory management within an operational environment to AJW. John is helping to tailor AJW commercial and logistical services to offer even more competitive proposals to the market place.
