After successfully developing new business for AJW in Central and Eastern Europe he is now responsible for pan-European sales.

Gareth joined AJW this year as Director of Contract Services. Previously he spent 28 years in the Royal Air Force as an Engineering Officer where his appointments included Officer Commanding Engineering Wing at RAF Brize Norton and Assistant Air Attaché at the British Embassy in Paris. Gareth took early retirement from the RAF in 1996 to pursue a career in civil aviation which has included the position of Engineering Director Air 2000 and a key role in founding the charter airline Flyjet before joining FLS Aerospace and ST Aerospace Solutions in the MRO sector. Gareth holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering, a Masters in Aircraft Design and is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.

Henry Kronsten has been specialising in the field of aviation covering the territories of Russia and CIS since 1982. He has worked for AJW since 1996 and has been responsible for building up sales in the area to create a substantial part of the Company's turnover. AJW is now one of the leading spares supply specialists in the region.

A native Frenchman and fluent English speaker, Pierre Bonnichon joined the AJW customer support team in 2000 to develop sales within France. Following a spell in sales and purchasing at EADS Sogerma Pierre returned to AJW in 2007 as Regional Sales Director for Western Europe. In his current role Pierre is responsible for AJW contract performance, maintenance and renegotiation across Europe.

Tommy Guttman Regional VP Business Development, Israel tommy.guttman@ajw-aviation.com
Prior to joining AJW two years ago, Tommy was employed by the US Naval Air Force and Israeli Aircraft Industries (IAI) in various aerospace engineering and developmental projects including marketing development at IAI. During the past five years he founded and managed an IAI subsidiary specialising in providing total maintenance solutions to various airlines, where he was appointed Chairman of the IAI’s Conversions Marketing and Development Board.

Salem Dernawi, a qualified Avionic Maintenance Engineer, has been working in aviation for twenty nine years. He is fluent in Arabic, English and Italian and works for AJW as a Regional Marketing Manager looking after North Africa and selected Middle East operations, which is his region of expertise. Salem began working with AJW in 1996 after 10 years working in international trading in Africa and the Middle East.

After graduating university with a Masters in Aeronautical Engineering, Maurizio joined AJW in 1999. He has an excellent working knowledge of the aviation industry in Italy and he has been instrumental in developing a significant customer base for AJW in-country. Maurizio also holds responsibility for sales in other European countries as required.

Tolkyn Rymkulova Regional Marketing Manager, Central Asia tolkyn.rymkulova@ajw-aviation.com
Tolkyn joined AJW at the beginning of 2009 from Air Astana and is based in Kazakhstan. Her role focuses on developing AJW’s business in Central Asia, including Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia and Tajikistan. Tolkyn has previously held management positions in Air Astana and is currently studying for an MBA to supplement her previous technological studies at the Architectural & Construction College and Dzhambul Technological Institute in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Oliver initially joined AJW for a 7-year period from 1998 and worked in logistics, sales and repair management. In 2005 he left AJW to help establish a regional distribution company in Dubai representing major OEMs on an exclusive and non-exclusive basis. The company was acquired by Satair in 2006 and Oliver was appointed Sales Director for the region. He subsequently returned to AJW in 2008 to establish its business in the Middle-East.

A graduate from the University of Tunisia and fluent in French, English, Arabic and Spanish, Moe has been working in aviation for many years. His career has included sales roles in a number of aviation companies in the USA and Singapore. Moe is now focussed on developing AJW business across Asia out of our Singapore office.

Matt has 24 years experience in the aviation industry and has worked for a number of companies such as Flightspares, Aerocontracts, Avocet Aviation UK and Kellstrom Solair. Matt joined AJW in 2001 maintaining and developing his strong links with his previous customer base. Matt left AJW to work for AAR for a short period but returned to AJW in 2006 to continue growing sales in Europe and to develop new relationships for AJW in North America. Matt is now focused totally on AJW development across the Americas.

Angela Garber Regional VP Sales North America angela.garber@ajw-aviation.com
Angela has recently joined AJW from Airline Spares America where she was instrumental in the overall development of the company. During her 16-year career she was heavily involved in a range of key areas including sales and marketing, quality, PR and general management, ultimately holding the position of Executive Vice President. Angela is working closely with Matt to quickly establish a greater AJW presence in North America.
