VIKING AIRLINES EXTENDS PBH FLEET SUPPORT WITH
AJW AVIATION

Privately owned Swedish airline, Viking Airlines, has added a further three B737-300 and one B737-800 aircraft to its existing Power-By-The-Hour contract with A J Walter Aviation, the complete aircraft support specialist.

AJW has been supporting Viking for several months now during this significant transition and will play an integral role in providing all necessary services to help the airline manage this growth successfully. The Viking fleet is set to rapidly expand further with a total of fourteen aircraft expected in service by 2010.

Viking Airlines is a privately owned charter airline based in Stockholm and operates primarily from Palma de Mallorca, London Gatwick and Manchester. The airline was established in 2003 and operates charter flights to various destinations including France, Spain, Greece and Egypt.

This fleet expansion contributes to the significant number of aircraft now in AJW's PBH portfolio, including B737 classic and NG and A320 series fleets based in Europe, Central America and the Middle-East.

With over 350 aircraft under contract worldwide, AJW has substantial purchasing power across its preferred supplier network and, with its comprehensive inventories, is able to offer guaranteed availability 24/7 for an extensive range of components and accessories across most ATA Chapters.
