World leading component support specialist, A J Walter Aviation, has just launched a ground breaking new interactive Web Portal offering a secure online application which gives their customers a real-time view of all their component orders.This brand new ordering and supply chain system has been meticulously designed and developed by AJW to manage parts ordering covered by customer support contracts. The platform incorporates tracking functions and freight forwarding integration to show exactly where orders are at any time. A Key Performance Indicator and Analytics module also allows reporting for service level trends and provides complete transparency.
The AJW Web Portal is simple to use, accurate, fast, error free and saves money via consolidation shipment functionality and reduced administration. It also saves time through synchronised visibility resulting in significantly less email traffic and it can be tailored to an individual customer’s business to work with their specific operating systems.
