DHL AVIATION AMERICAS CHOOSES A J WALTER AVIATION TO SUPPORT ITS NEW B757 FLEET

DHL Aviation Americas has chosen A J Walter Aviation, the complete spares support specialist, to service its newly acquired B757 aircraft fleet on a 3-year pool access contract. AJW will support these aircraft from its Miami based operation which comprises significant service ready Boeing component inventories.

AJW has recently invested more than US$25m in inventory to support an increasing number of operators and MRO facilities across the Americas, including a significant A320/A330 capability out of its hub in Los Angeles.

DHL Aviation Americas is based in Florida and provides regional air network management and co-ordination services for the DHL network carriers in Central America.

With over US$350m worth of serviceable Airbus and Boeing spares and more than US$175m worth of component leasing packages in the global market, AJW is well positioned to provide a range of sales, exchange and loan services to operators and MRO service providers in the region.
