Customer Service Executive

We are seeking customer service professionals to join our expanding company. Position will be responsible for managing the sales and exchange of commercial aircraft spares to defined customers using Quantum database system.
Principle responsibilities will include: daily communication with customers and vendors, assisting customers with queries, market research, Quantum processing and customer visits.  
Experience of using Quantum database and experience in the aviation industry is advantageous however not required as full training given.

Stores Inspector

We are currently seeking a Stores Inspector to join our inspection team, based in our Slinfold Office. Position will be working as part of a team responsible for the inspection of aircraft parts, in a challenging and busy environment.
Full training will be given, but experience in an Inspection based role advantageous. The position demands a high level of attention to detail and focus.

Relish the experience of playing a fundamental role in the set-up and launch of a new computer system for AJW Technique as it goes live. Development of the Sales & Operational Plan for the site, taking into account capacity constraints and customer demands is also necessary. The successful candidate will be responsible for supply chain demand data and also all data accuracy under planning’s control.

We are looking for suitable candidates with aviation experience to join our busy Customer Services team, within our regional office. With responsibility as a dedicated account manager to a number of airlines and aircraft maintenance providers these roles involve handling queries, quoting and completing sales orders for a variety of aircraft spare parts requirements. Successful applicants will ideally have previous experience in aircraft spares logistical, technical or customer service environments and be used to working in a pressurised environment.
