Heritage
In the 1930's, the Piper Cub set new standards for light Aircraft in America. Realising the commercial potential, James Walter - founder of the Company, sought sole distribution rights for all Piper Aircraft in England, importing his first J2 Cub in 1932. Shortly afterwards, A J Walter Aviation became the sole British agent for Continental Motors and the expansion of the business began.

Today A J Walter Aviation specialises in the supply and repair of a wide range of aircraft components. This also includes leasing components, power-by-the-hour and ground support for the most demanding aviation companies in the industry. The investment in stock is combined with experienced and knowledgeable sales administrators throughout the world who visit our customers and work with them to tailor-make flexible solutions to meet their individual purchasing and repair requirements.

In recent years the company has demonstrated dramatic growth and expansion. We have over 150 employees, conduct business in more than one hundred countries and in 2002 were awarded the Queen's Award for Enterprise.
